SHIPPING

UK Shipping
Please note, we are currently shipping only within the UK, we will not ship to the USA.
For international orders, please contact us before placing an order ship confirm shipping costs to your country.


Order Confirmations
An email confirmation of your order will be sent to the email address you provide, along with a receipt.
We reserve the right to decline an order.
All orders are accepted subject to our Terms and Conditions.


Orders will usually be shipped on the day of purchase (if ordered before 1 pm) but please allow up to 2 days. We will contact you and let you know of any delays.


Goods are only dispatched Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).


Goods are dispatched by Royal Mail standard delivery.  We cannot accept responsibility for any delays caused by disruptions to the postal system, under normal circumstances, goods will be delivered within 4-5 days of dispatch.

Express delivery is available at an additional charge.


Shipping Methods and Charges


Standard delivery

Goods are dispatched by Royal mail. 


All delivery prices are charged according to current Royal mail standard prices plus the cost of packaging.  Prices may be subject to change without notice.

Express Delivery
Is available and will usually arrive the day after dispatch (if ordered before 1 pm) and a signature will be required on delivery.

Orders placed during weekends or on bank holidays will be processed and sent on the following working day.

Please note: Orders placed after 1:00 pm will not normally be available for Next Day Delivery.


Lost deliveries
If a parcel is lost/ or undelivered, please advise us as soon as possible to allow for an investigation to take place and, if appropriate, a replacement for the missing parcel to be dispatched.

Returns


Refunds and Re-shipments 


We are confident that you will be delighted with your Shoe MGK purchase but if you’re unhappy please notify us by email and a return address will be provided.  Confirmation that all usage instructions have been observed may be required before a refund is issued.


If you have ordered items from us that you are unhappy with, please contact us to arrange your refund and to return the item.


Returned items must be mostly unused and in the original packaging. Please ensure that all lids are firmly tightened before sending.  If leakage occurs during return transit, no refund will be offered.


Returned items will be refunded in full, not including delivery. Refunds will be issued once returned items have been inspected, you will be informed by email when to expect payment. Customers are asked to allow up to 14 working days for refunds to be processed or for a replacement to be dispatched. 


Orders returned more than 30 days after purchase are not entitled to a refund
